Sounds about right to me.

Corporations are selling a dream and that dream is, ‘just give us more market share!’.

If enough people cared about a specific issue and it would increase a company’s market share, for the company to also ‘care’ about this, then by god, they will be on it and shouting it from the rooftops!

Companies are in the business of moulding peoples ideas, especially if what they’re selling is detrimental to our physical/mental/spiritual health and wellbeing.

The established giants are marvels at this and their integration into our lives is absolutely seamless.

What tradition speaks more of wintery, festive goodness, than a large red truck driving around giving out free samples of a rather unhealthy, fizzy brown beverage.
