The feeling of being ‘fulfilled’ and conversely of being ‘drained’ seem intriguing. Where do you think they fit in? They don’t appear to be emotions; I will have to have a ‘think’ about it.

I suppose there can be a draining of body, mind and also spirit; Each one upping the ante on the other. Is ‘Draining’ self-wrought or does it indicate something else is gaining from your ‘loss’?
